How much will my case cost?
We handle personal injury and workers’ compensation claims on a contingency basis. This means that you will not pay us a fee unless we settle your case.
The cost of handling traffic tickets depends on the seriousness of the offense, the complexity of the matter, and whether or not the attorney has to appear in court. Give us a call and we can discuss your ticket and give you a quote.
When do I need a workers’ compensation attorney?
Immediately! As a worker in Missouri or Illinois, you are entitled to many benefits if you are injured on the job or become ill due to your work conditions. Your employer and/or workers’ compensation insurance company may not inform you of all your rights. You will need an attorney right away in order to ensure you are receiving the benefits you deserve now and in the future. Call us today so we can discuss what we can do for you.
How are truck accident cases different from a car accident cases?

What do I need to bring with me for my initial consultation?
For personal injury cases, please bring any information you received from the police officer who came to the scene. Also, please bring any medical documentation that you have acquired from your treatment, including any medical records or bills. If you have any photographs of the incident, please bring that as well.
For workers’ compensation cases, please bring any medical documentation that you have acquired from your treatment, including any medical records, bills, or status reports. You should also bring any pictures that document the injury or the accident.
For traffic and criminal matters, please bring a copy of your ticket. If you have a copy of the police/incident report, please bring that as well.
How long will it take to settle my personal injury claim?
There is no perfect answer as to how long it will take to settle a claim because each claim is unique. Some cases may only take around six months from the date of the accident to settle while some claims can take two to three years. The duration of a case greatly depends on the severity of the injuries and the length of treatment time that is needed. Our team works hard to resolve our cases as quickly as possible for our clients.
Will I get in trouble with my employer if I file a workers’ compensation claim?
Most of the time when you file for workers’ compensation, it is not the employer that you deal with, but their insurance company. It is specifically set up this way to protect the employees. Retaliation against employees for filing workers’ compensation claims is illegal. If you have been mistreated, if your claim has been denied, or if you are not receiving the compensation you deserve, we can help.
